About TRK Casing
Established in 2010 by the Kimzey family, TRK Casing continues the legacy of Kimzey Casing Service. Headquartered in Cheyenne, WY, we have expanded strategically across major U.S. basins to meet growing industry demands.
Our journey began in the DJ Basin with our initial facility in Greeley, CO. From there, we grew into Casper, WY, serving the Powder River Basin (PRB). Our commitment to expansion and service excellence led us to acquire operations in Washington, PA, allowing us to serve the Marcellus and Utica regions. In 2019, we further extended our reach into the Permian Basin by opening a shop in Midland, TX.
During the challenging industry downturn of 2021, another strategic acquisition enabled us to expand into key regions, including Eagleford/STX (Corpus Christi, TX), Haynesville Shale (Kilgore, TX), and the Louisiana Gulf Coast (Lafayette, LA).

Our Commitment to Safety
Safety is at the core of TRK Casing’s operations. We have established robust safety programs and incentives, including:
- Internal SSE orientation and training during the first six months of employment, regardless of experience
- SafeLand USA Training and Certification
- First Aid with CPR and H2S Certification
- Provision of personal H2S monitors and necessary personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Monthly driver bonuses for safe driving, equipment care, and proper loading
- Casing crew bonuses for safe and incident-free team performance
- Weekly safety meetings to address concerns and update policies
- Implementation of Observations, Near Misses, and Stop Work programs with thorough reporting and follow-through
- Dedicated facilities for shop, tools, parts, consumables, rolling stock, CRF, safety, administrative, and training in Greeley
- Behavior-Based Safety initiatives and journey management protocols
- Specialized training for skill sets like GPS, Volant, Eckels, Contech, Torque Turn, Laydown Machine, and digital systems
- Assignment of a field supervisor on each job to ensure adherence to safety standards
